Xiyue ("She-way") - Founder & Stewardship Strategist
IDEAL Abundance Village is rooted in lived memories.
The idea of IDEAL Abundance Village did not come from a branding exercise.
It came from Xiyue's lived memory.
Xiyue grew up in a remote Hakka farming village, where :
Survival and growth depended on shared responsibility.
Children were watched collectively.
Resources were circulated carefully.
Trust was not optional — it was the foundation.
That experience planted a lifelong question:
What would it look like to recreate a village like that for modern business builders — where your “business baby” is held with care, not competition?
IDEAL Abundance Village is that answer.
With over 15 years as a professional qua-lingual interpreter-
Facilitating more than 150,000 real-world conversations;
Across legal, financial, medical, insurance, and government systems;
In English, Japanese, Chinese Mandarin & Hakka.
Her work has always been about one thing:
